David has been glad to sign copies of the book at each bookstore appearance, and has received several requests from those unable to attend the bookstore appearances to order a signed copy online.
David will personalize a copy of the book and sign it, then ship it to you. Cost is $26.00 + $5.00* for shipping. Once you click the Add to Cart button below, you ocan pay by credit card or with your PayPal.com login. We use PayPal.com for our transactions because it is secure and convenient. When you're ready to complete your transaction, click on the Proceed to Checkout button, where you'll see a link called "Personalization" that you can click on. When you click on "Personalization" you can type in a message for David to inscribe in your copy of the book when he signs it. |
